Contest

I basically made a contest for a contest. At Blog about your Blog we gave 3 people a Jamie Kennedy prize pack for blogging about the BAYB contest as well as Jamie’s contest. This achieved many bloggers blogging about it (20-30 links) as well as sent visitors to his Amazon pre-order page and the Heckler Youtube  trailer.

I’ve also done a follow-up contest giving away a Heckler DVD. This had a few entries (10-15) drawing attention to Jamie’s twitter, youtube, and Heckler.

Amazon

As mentioned part of the campaign was to increase Amazon sales. Through my own campaign I was able to send about 1,000 visitors to the Heckler order page over time. Unfortunately we didn’t achieve any actual sales, but that is quite a few visitors.

Youtube

This was a small part of the campaign, but we did get several contest entries to blog about the movie and include the Youtube trailer in their post.

Twitter

I also worked on increasing Jamie’s twitter account and was able to get about 50 new followers.

Social Media Campaign

I did a small social media campaign on Stumbleupon for the Jamie Kennedy contest. That resulted in 22 new votes, and a large amount of traffic (result unknown)
